Marrowbreach (tentatively Mango marrowbreach). Dangerous selachian predator. Bone-cutting jaws edged in iron and salt deliver thousands of newtons of force in sixty milliseconds. Small eyes are connected to jaw muscles for precise bite timing. Non-visual senses include neuromasts (detect water motion) and ampullae (detect electric fields) — it is aware of prey before they are aware of it. May be distracted by bright lights. Assessment: apex predator. Avoid or distract.
Survival
Hug wreck structures or canyon walls to break line of sight. Avoid open water near the Cicada Wreck when farming Lead — that canyon is Marrowbreach territory. Watch for circling or test-bumping as pre-attack behaviors.
